Manage Users within a Brokerage Location

We’ve made it easier and faster to manage users directly from a Brokerage Location, within the new Users Tab.

We’ve made it easier and faster to manage users directly from a Brokerage Location, within the new Users Tab. New actions have been added to streamline user management. These actions will allow administrators to create users with pre-filled location information, search for specific users within a location, and refresh the users list. The new actions within the Users Tab will reduce manual data entry and enhance workflow efficiency.

Key Features

  • New Actions in Brokerage Location Users Tab:

    • A “Create User” button is now available within the new Users Tab. This will direct the user to the Create User form, with the selected Brokerage Location prepopulated.

  • A “Filters” button is available to search for specific users within the Brokerage Location.

    • The administrator can search by name, email, and user type.

  • A “Refresh Users” button is available, which will refresh the list of users in the Users Tab.

  • Permission-Based Access:

    • Only users with the appropriate Create User” permission will see and be able to use these actions.

  • Improved User Experience:

    • Eliminates the need to manually select or search for the Office location when creating users, which will result in reducing errors and saving time for administrators.
